Open House 10 November 2007

This year we invited families and friends to our open house gathering on 10 November 2007 which was coincidently the last day of Syawal 1428 Hijrah (29 Syawal 1428 Hijrah). Previously, Babah and Mama cook all the 'lauk-pauk'. However, this time Nenek cook her special recipe nasi beriani and Auntie Inn prepared spicy fried chicken as well as almond chocolate cake. Babah's friend, Pn. Zarina (Inn's Cookies and Bakery - The best Almond London ever!!!) sponsored a cholcolate cake. This time, we were very lucky to have Mak Tam, Mak Teh and Mak Uda to assist us. Mak Tam was on leave. Mak Teh who is working in Kota Bharu, had a meeting a day before in Putrajaya. Mak Uda had an interview session on 7th November 2007.

Once everything was ready by 12 noon, it rained. At the same time Babah was informed by his friends that a few roads heading to the city centre were closed by the police. It delayed a few friends and families because they were trapped in the jam for at least one to two hours...

Everything was fine from the start till the end (in fact we closed our gate at 12.00 midnight). We would like to take this oppurtunity to thanks all the families and friends who dares to brave the 'jam road' to attend our open house. For those who are unable to show up due to whatever reasons, you will still be invited to our open house in next two years. So, please keep us updated of any changes in your e-mail address and mobile phone number....
