Swiss Garden Resorts & Spa, Kuantan - 31 March - 1 April 2007

Last Saturday, our family headed east coast in the occasion of Babah’s family day cum annual dinner. Although the buses were provided for the staff and family members, Babah decided to go to Kuantan by car. According to Babah, it is much easier for us. We can have plenty of time along the way. There's no need to rush. The important thing is we can stop anywhere we want. Especially when Abe and Meme need to empty their ‘tanks’ during the long journey or when we saw any keropok lekor or satar along the way....
Well, we started our journey at around 10.30 am ( despite Mama's plan to start at 9 am ). Using East Coast Expressway from Karak to Kuantan, it took us two and half hours and was charged RM19.90 for the toll. Earlier we paid RM8.00 being toll charges from Gombak to Bentong.
We checked in at the hotel around 3.00 pm after had a ‘nasi campur’ at the stall not far away from the hotel. The hotel’s room is spacious, facing the sea and swimming pool and nicely decorated with two beds and a cot for our baby Shasha . We spent most of our time in the swimming pool until our fingers are shivering and our lips are bluish .......We have met a few new friends as well such as Adam, Alia, Ikmal and some more who are too-busy-playing than introduced themselves, so everybody call each other as kawan only .....
During the annual dinner, Babah was shorlisted to be one of the 5 finalist of the grand prize. Although he missed the chance to get 32" LCD TV ( Try next year, Babah!!!!) , Babah managed to get brand new Sony Ericsson handphone (W880i).
Kira ok lah. Expenses to Kuantan was around RM200.00 and in return we got handphone that worth RM1,700.00. Since Babah already have one Sony Ericsson, anybody interested to buy please name the price. Of course, Babah is generous enough to give discount…
