Kisah Abe dan Meme pergi lawatan

Babah have to attend a one week course at Maybank Learning Centre, Bangi from 21 August - 25 August 2006. So, tak sempat nak interview Abe and Meme about the trip on 18 August 2006. One thing for sure is they were really enjoyed the trip especially the Wet World. Babah akan update cerita mereka bila dah habis kursus nanti.

Dua hari atau tiga hari ?

Pagi tadi bila semua orang bangun dari tidur, tiba-tiba Meme kata lagi tiga hari nak pergi rombongan. Abe pula kata lagi dua hari. Just the matter of curiosity how they calculated the days, we first asked Abe.

"Betul lah dua hari, esok satu hari dan Khamis satu hari"

And the answer from Meme...

"Tiga hari la, hari ni satu hari, esok satu hari dan Khamis satu hari"

"Hari ni tak payah kira lah", Abe.

"Kenapa pulak, kan belum pegi sekolah lagi", Meme.

So, based on Amir punya logik, hari ini masih dikira selagi dia belum balik dari sekolah. Boleh ke....

"Nanti bila balik siapa nak ambil. Petang bas dah tak ada."

"Abe dan Meme tunggu kat sekolah. Jangan pegi mana-mana. Tunggu Mama sampai."

"Mama kan balik sama Babah, mesti lambat."

"Hari Jumaat Mama balik awal. Mama bawa kereta. Babah balik naik train. Nanti kita fetch Babah."

"Nanti Mama pesan kat cikgu suruh tunggu Abe dan Meme sampai Mama datang."

"Ok."

Babah gets his medical report

Babah has received his medical report. Everything is ok except for the cholesterol. The bad cholesterol is so high, 3.7. So, the doctor suggested that Babah starts exercise and control the diet. The next check-up will be in six months time. According to Mama, diet for Babah means strictly no durians !!! (Durian is Babah's favourite but Mama said it smell like gasoline!!!) Rasa-rasanya pendapatan Giant akan menurun kerana Babah dah tak boleh beli durian kat situ...

And for all of us, looks like we all have to change our diet to suit Babah's. No more fries, no more roti canai mamak, no more KFC and McDonalds. Oh no, how are we going to survive???

Well, people at Africa can, so why can't you??? (This is Mama's standard answer)

"Afrika tu kat mana Mama?"Abe.

"Afrika tu jauh sangat-sangat dari Malaysia, ingat tak hari tu kita ada pegi rumah sedara Babah yang akan ke Afrika kerana meyertai Pasukan Bantuan Perubatan PBB"

"Tak!"

Seorang saudara Babah, Azaha bin Ismail sekarang ni sedang berkhidmat di Afrika untuk tempoh satu tahun, bersama dengan Pasukan Bantuan Perubatan PBB - Angkatan Tentera Malaysia.

Baby Shashah dan sihat...

Alhamdulillah, baby Shashah has recovered after two days of taking the antibiotic and flu medicine as well as ubat titik dalam mata... Babah and Mama with the help of the three doctors-to-be have to hold her head, legs and etc... just to make sure she really swallow the medicine and not simply spurt it out. Meme said the antibiotic smells yucks as he cannot stand the smell... It is good if the tauke-tauke ubat ni invent nice-to-eat type of medicine yang rasanya best macam cokelat... (this is Mama's favourite but Babah said it can cause migraine!!!) Nanti senanglah parents nak suruh anak makan ubat. Especially kalau ada anak-anak macam Meme dan Shashah yang takut nak makan ubat.

On Saturday, we went to see Mak Chik, ni babah punye adik yang ke 8 !!! She is studying in KUIM, Nilai N9. We went there via Elite Highway and had to pay toll of RM8.90. We had our lunch with Mak Chik at a stall nearby... where the kids ordered their facourite drink, Milo ais.

Kami tak lama kat KUIM sebab we need to hurry back to ensure we reach home before Sinchan started at 6.30pm. So Babah took the PLUS Highway and this time, the toll was only RM4.70. Jadi lain kali kalau nak pergi Nilai, PD or heading south, better use PLUS highway....

Actually we want to drop by at Bangi on the way back to visit Uncle Wan Idrose's new house. So we can watch Sinchan there. However, when Babah sms, he replied that he was attending course at PD. Well, may be some other days we will drop by and Babah will make sure that he serves satay Kajang for us.

So Uncle Wan, you better be prepared !!!
